Standard Terms and Conditions for Australian surveyors & consultants - updated

ITIC has updated its “Standard Terms and Conditions for Australian Surveyors and Consultants". They are a set of draft clauses for members to consider using (as suitably amended according to the needs of the business) in their own trading conditions or contract. Updates include a new sanctions clause and expand on clauses that seek to provide protection to members when providing their services, including express indemnities.
