ITIC Insight

ITIC Insight is the podcast series where we discuss the important issues and challenges facing transport and insurance professionals across the world, whilst offering loss prevention advice and our insights on key topics. A new episode will be released every other Wednesday with a focus on topics and interviews with industry experts. 

There are a number of episodes available to listen to, on a variety of topics, including:

• An insurance broker series – insurance brokers offer their insights and opinions on the market, alongside giving an overview to their day to day dealings and the types of risks they place.  
• Topical issues which may be of use to your clients – including: sanctions, crew scams, fraud, terms and conditions and bills of lading. 
• A recap of current issues of the Claims Review – the Claims Review is a publication including a selection of recently handled, and closed, marine claims. During these episodes Mark Brattman, ITIC’s Claims Director and Editor of the Claims Review, provides an overview of the most recent edition.
