Career Summary

Ian is responsible for risk and regulatory compliance worldwide - the Club is licenced in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Bermuda & USA. He is a member of the Senior Management Committee and chairs the Executive Risk Committee.

Background

Ian joined TT Club in 2006 to run the compliance and outsourced internal audit functions before handing over responsibility for internal audit to concentrate on regulatory compliance. In 2019, he also took over responsibility for risk management. Ian previously worked at Equitas, the Lloyd's of London reinsurance run-off vehicle, and prior to that was consultancy manager at two Lloyd's of London panel audit firms. In addition, he is responsible for risk and compliance for sister Club, International Transport Intermediaries Club (ITIC), also managed by Thomas Miller.

Special Experience

Ian is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Specialist member of the Institute of Risk Management (SIRM).
