Career Summary

James joined Thomas Miller in 2012 after four years at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and almost 20 years in private practice as a dispute resolution lawyer in commercial law firms in London and Paris.  With experience of a wide variety of cases and jurisdictions, he assesses applications for after the event insurance and litigation funding.
