Chloe Townley – Director, Senior Account Executive

Chloe joined ITIC as a Senior Account Executive in November 2022, before being promoted to a Director in July 2025. Chloe handles ITIC accounts in Germany (predominantly Bremen and parts of Northern Germany), France and parts of South America. Chloe frequently visits Bremen and northern parts of Germany to see members and brokers.

Previously Chloe started her career at Ince & Co LLP in 2010, working as a qualified solicitor for six years. Chloe has spent time across the IG Group working for over seven years as a Senior Claims Handler at two IG P&I and Defence Clubs handling P&I and FD&D claims respectively (18 months of which were within the Thomas Miller Group). 

Chloe has a degree in Law from Warwick University and has an intermediate working knowledge of French.
