This website is provided by International Transport Intermediaries Club Limited ("ITIC"). This page states the general terms and conditions under which the website may be used. By entering the website you specifically accept these terms. Certain sections of the website contain additional terms specific to those areas. Examples include the declarations made on submission of proposal forms and the terms of use of the ITIC Credit Management Centre. Such additional terms will also apply to, and be accepted by, the use of those areas of the website. Although they are intended to operate in conjunction with these general terms and conditions in the event of any conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the latter will take preference. ITIC retains the rights to revise any of the terms applying to all or part of the website. You should therefore review the terms prior to each use of the website.

ITIC is domiciled in London, England. Any disputes between ITIC and a member relating to any Indication of Insurance, Certificate of Entry and/or Contract of Insurance should be resolved in accordance with the Rules of the Club. All other matters relating to this website should be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Where this site is accessed from outside England the user is responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations including, but not limited to, those relating to the downloading of materials.
If you are located in the USA please note that policies on ITIC terms and conditions are available from a Surplus Lines insurer licensed to do business in your State. Completed proposal forms will be passed to such an insurer to whom you shall be deemed to have made the declaration in the form. The identity of the Surplus Lines insurer will be disclosed on the quotation.
