Director and General Manager

Alistair worked as a claims executive for Steamship Mutual P&I for 10 years before joining ITIM in 2001. He is the account executive for South East Asia, East and West Coast of USA, and North West of England.
Claims Director

Andrew is ITIM’s claims director and has been with the company since its foundation in 1992. He is a barrister and is the author of "Shipbrokers and the Law" (LLP Ltd, 1997). He writes a wide range of articles for shipping journals and provides loss prevention presentations for Members and industry bodies on a regular basis.
Marketing Director

Charlotte joined ITIM in 1992. Previously she worked in the chartering and operations department at Blue Star Line. Charlotte is a Fellow of Chartered Ship Brokers.
Senior Account Executive

Christopher Arnold joined ITIC in 2005. He previously worked as a shipbroker. He has a degree from Oxford and legal training. He won several Baltic Exchange prizes in the ICS examinations.
Senior Account Executive

Duncan joined ITIM in January 2007. He previously worked for the West of England and Steamship Mutual P&I Clubs for a total of 12 years, where he specialised in handling personal injury claims.
Claims Executive

Fiona Maltby-Stone joined ITIM in September 2008 from a small broking house specialising in reinsurance of P&I risks.
Account Executive

Prior to joining ITIM in 2006, Graham worked at sea for 8 years as a deck officer on a wide range of vessels. He has a degree in Maritime Business with Maritime Law from the University of Plymouth, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
Claims Consultant

Julia is the claims consultant of ITIM. She joined Thomas Miller in 1985 after working for a P&I Club correspondents office in Greece from 1970. Julia was ITIM’s claims director from 1993 until she retired in 2005. Julia now works two days a week as a consultant.
Senior Account Executive

Kevin Sandom joined ITIM in 2007 previously working for the UK P&I Club since 1987. Kevin is the account executive responsible for Benelux, Scotland, Turkey, South America and has an understanding of Spanish.
Legal Advisor

Mark joined ITIC in March 2004. He is a solicitor and qualified at City maritime firm Shaw and Croft in 2000. Mark undertook a wide range of shipping work at Shaw and Croft before moving to Beaumont & Son (now Clyde & Co) in 2001 where he specialised in aviation claims, insurance and reinsurance disputes and general commercial litigation.
Debt Collection Specialist

Paul has a law degree and joined ITIM in 1992, Paul has 20 years experience in the maritime industry with a particular emphasis on the recovery of Member’s debts.
Chairman

A barrister and mediator, Peregrine's career has seen him involved since 1977 in the management of a number of marine and professional indemnity mutuals within the Thomas Miller group. He is ITIM's chairman and leads the management team. He is also a director of Thomas Miller Holdings Ltd.
Account Executive

Robert joined ITIM in 2001 and is an account executive responsible for the underwriting, marketing and claims for Canada, US Gulf Coast and the East and South East of the UK.
Account Executive

Robert joined ITIM in 2008 after working for a well-known London based cargo claims recovery agent. Robert is a law graduate (LLB) and has also received a first class honours for the masters degree of International Transport & Maritime Law. Having been born and raised in Cyprus, Robert is fluent in Greek and has a good knowledge of German.
Underwriting Director

Roger joined ITIM in 1993 after obtaining his degree in International Transport Management from Cardiff University and working in liner agency for Evergreen. Roger is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
Club Manager

After graduating in law, Stuart joined Thomas Miller as a claims executive for the UK P&I Club in 1985. Stuart joined managers of ITIM in 1990, is the Club Manager and the account executive responsible for Monaco, Far East, UK.
Finance Director

Tim qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton in 1986. He had six years with Thomas Miller from 1992 to 1998 before leaving to become the finance director of a London training company. Tim rejoined Thomas Miller in 2003 as the group financial controller and in 2009 he took on the finance director role for ITIC following the retirement of Steve Harvey.
